The Montepark Monterrey project is led by Marek Popálený , a Czech entrepreneur, builder and visionary who fell in love with Costa Rica so much that he decided to create his new home here.
What started as a personal dream of living closer to nature has gradually transformed into several successful projects on the Osa Peninsula. Marek is not only involved in the design and implementation - he built a large part of the buildings with his own hands and reflected his experience , emphasis on quality and respect for the surrounding landscape in every detail.
His goal was never to create development projects. Quite the opposite. He designs each place to offer people real contact with nature , plenty of privacy and the freedom to live at their own pace.
